In 2009, the recruitment ethos our clients enjoy was recognised at the prestigious UK recruiter awards where we won the title ' Best Accountancy & Finance Recruiter'.

Martin Ward Anderson has been awarded the Investor in People standard at all our Dutch and UK offices. This serves to underline our commitment to quality and best practice recruitment. The Investor in People award is a national quality standard which goes hand in hand with the ‘best practice’ standards already in place within the Martin Ward Anderson culture. The four Investor in People principles of commitment, planning, action and evaluation are highlighted within our internal support system, allowing our consultants to offer employers and jobseekers what we believe to best the best service available on the market.

Accreditations

Then in 2010, following an extensive and independent audit process, we were awarded Diversity Assured status - which evidences our commitment to diversity both as supplier and employer.

As a member of APSCo - The Association of Professional Staffing Companies - our parent company is rigorously referenced and re-audited annually therefore we adhere to a strict code of conduct to maintain these standards.
