Job Description For Belkin Components in Schiphol Rijk, we are currently looking for a Customer Programs Manager.
The Customer Programs Manager is reporting to the VP Finance EMEA.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain responsibility for the financial management and reporting of all customer related programs with emphasis on:

- Accuracy and timeliness of accounting for all data
- Communication of program status
- Validation and assurance of proper documentation supporting each program
- Maintenance of accurate and up to date records
- Act as primary liaison between Finance, Accounting and Sales and Product Management Dept to both ensure that all interested persons are using accurate, consistent data and to provide such data as required
- Supervise staff

- Develop, implement, and maintain:
* a reporting tool which contains details for each customer program of amounts accrued, amounts
encumbered, amounts spent and balances available which is current and complete at the end of
each reporting period.
* processes and procedures for recording amounts encumbered against customer programs to
ensure completeness and accuracy of data
* monthly reporting to designated sales personnel and designated customers which documents
the status of each customer program.
* a controlled documentation process designed to ensure that every customer program is
properly supported by complete and signed documentation (i.e. contracts, contract addendums,
letters of agreement, etc.)
* procedures for assuring that any and all changes to programs are communicated to Finance/
Accounting on a timely basis and are properly documented and supported.

- Coordinate with other Accounting personnel to ensure that any invoices (customer and/or vendor) relating to Customer Programs are properly approved, accurately recorded, and charged against the appropriate customer program.
- Ensure that all customer deductions are properly approved and processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Act as primary source of information for customer program data, answering questions and providing data as requested.
- Ensure that customer program maximums are monitored and that appropriate sales and/or management personnel are aware of potential spending overruns.
- Ensure that all program data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner as part of the month end close process.
- Provide expense analysis as required (customer and/or account) particularly relating to customer related expenses.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 5 years experience in professional business environment.
- Proficiency in use of fully integrated business software packages.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, particularly in a MS-Windows environment (Excel/Word)
- Experience in either retail, distribution or producer/brand within the FMCG
- Understanding the principle of remunerating customer's performance in distribution / retail channels
- Combination of commercial understanding combined with strong Finance / Accounting skills
